They do not allow overnight camping on the beach. The only over night camp sites near a beach that I know of are in the Carpinteria area, but that's about 100 miles north of L.A. I was stuck there. It sucks!! Go to Georgia. It's nicer. North Georgia. Atlanta. A lot better. That's where I was born. Plenty of places to visit. Plenty of nice restaurants. California is a worm in the orange of America. Proposition 8 country. Horrible! I'll never go back. Go to Hawaii! Much better vacation, too. What about the Virgin Islands!?
