problems:
I live in humid, humid, houston so nothing stays in my hair.
My hair is too straight to curl- it only stays a few minutes.
I only have a curler and straightener, i want WAVES not curls.

Plait it the night before- your hair should be SLIGHTLY damp, and go to sleep with about 8 plaits in your hair (depending on how wavy you want it.)
Spray it with hairspray before you plait it, then again straight after you have put the plaits in. This insure that it dries with the hairspray on it, and it will soak in, to give it a longer hold.
When you get up, un-do the plaits and you should have nice waves
spray once again with hairspray- and you’re ready to go

Try tieing it up in a twirly type thing when its wet then dry it leave it to dry. This way you can choose how much hair you have in each twirl so can choose the size of your waves. When it’s dry run your finger through, don’t brush or it goes really frizzy. Apparantly hot rollers work well too or you could get a perm but that’s a bit extreme probably.

hi,
good luck
i will let you in on mt secret for wavy hair, it sounds gross but try it. wash your hair then get 1 egg white and beat till fluffy and it looks like a foam, then put it on wet hair and scrunch with your fingers, let it dry naturally. if this doesnt work than nothing will
