I have lived in LA for the last 10 years and people here go way too far to look great. If you don't fit in, and happen to be not perfect, or I should say you have not spent lots of money to change the way you look then you really just don't fit in here. People here are just fake and it seems to me that fake is really in! You have to have the fake breast, be a size 0 and if you are over 40 forget it! But, we don't have to buy into it and I would never change anything about myself to fit in here. I take good care of myself, but I would never go under the knife to make myself look like too many of the girls and women here look. Everything that you wrote is so true!!
